Staybridge Suites – Davie, Florida · Solar Hybrid: 56 kW solar electric + 32 kW solar thermal · 124% estimated return on equity · 2742 metric tons CO2 emissions avoided · Highlights: Hybrid technology offsets electricity AND natural gas helping this customer meet carbon offset goals; technology delivers more power per sq/ft of roof space.
Cranberry Bog – Carver, Massachusetts · 1.2 MW solar electric · 25% estimated return on equity · 25,819 metric tons CO2 emissions avoided · Highlights: Ground-mounted array in eco sensitive wetland and operational cranberry bog. This project helped initiate the Agricultural Adder in Massachusetts’ SMART program.
Home 2 Suites – Elko, Nevada · 74 kW solar electric · 150% return on equity · 1516 metric tons CO2 emissions avoided · Highlights: Customer deployed an east-west high-density racking system to yield more energy from each square foot of roof space.
New York Solar Power Plants · 7 MW solar electric, 3.5 MW storage· 10% return on equity · 140,178 metric tons CO2 emissions avoided · Highlights: Located in Economic Opportunity Zones to increase financial returns and viability, as well as create jobs and tax base in the region.
